So maybe you’re thinking, it all sounds great, but I’ve got just a few questions. Here’s answers to a few of the questions you may have:
How long is the program?
The program runs for a total of 3 months - 90 days. Your will access training modules and meet virtually for our live Q&A coaching calls. As you move through each portion of the curriculum, you will emerge with greater clarity and an action plan that prepares you to launch your coaching program before the Launch Accelerator ends.
What if I miss a session?
All of the lessons and live Q&As will be made available to you to watch on replay. While live attendance is ALWAYS encouraged, if you have to miss for an urgent obligation, you’ll be able to catch up and pick back up right where you left off!
Is the content pre-recorded or taught live?
The great thing is, we use a combination of live and pre-recorded content to maximize your learning. There's also worksheets, assignments and templates to help you stay on track with your launch.

I’ve had the honor of coaching thousands of people to create RADICAL Success in their life and business. I’ve spoken at events all across the country and I’m the former Sr. VP, Steve Harvey Global, working directly with him to build his powerful Act Like A Success platform.
I’ve witnessed people take the coaching concepts shared through my events, programs and trainings and completely transform their career, business, finances and relationships.

I received my B.A. from Spelman College, an M.S. in Conflict Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and my coaching certificate from The Coaches Training Institute.
